A return authorization number is required for all returns. Iowa-Des Moines Supply, Inc. & Baker Paper & Supply will accept returns on most new merchandise in its original packaging, purchased in the last 30 days, although there are some exceptions. Items returned must be in original packaging and in good re-sellable condition. Items will incur a 25% restock fee that will be deducted from the credit.
